Long time customer and not pleased

Recently Ive been shopping around and looking at some competitors prices on plans and was hoping Fido would be able to match my current talk and text loyalty plan (on my 2nd line) from $25 to Chatr's $20 plan that is exactly the same plan that I have. 

 

I tried phoning 611 and talked to one of the reps and they couldn't do anything for me , same thing goes with the live chat. I also mentioned on my other line im paying $39.xx for 200mb data and just recently after the call found out they have a plan for $40 for everything i have but more daytime minutes and more data.

 

Couple years ago if i had a problem fido were quick to offer special deals to keep me , but now it seems like they have no control on customizing deals to compete with competitors and keeping their long time customers..
