Long Distance Calling Charge

Hello,

My fido phone plan includes 1000 International Long Distance Minutes.

But I got charged because I called to South Korea.

Is that normal?

  Welcome to the community!

  Are you referring to the Bonus 1000 International minutes? If you are, the included minutes are only available to certain locations.

Some plans offering double data in addition to 1000 International minutes

  Unfortunately, those 1000 international minutes do not include calls to South Korea.
