What do I do if I can't log into my Fido account, but it only logs in when I click the forgot password button

If you feel like something is glitching with your credentials or our website I suggest you clear the cache of your browser.
Then try again to connect using your credentials, if you don't have the right password, hit the ''forgot my password'' button.
You'll be asked for your email adress and you'll receive a reset link so you can reset the password and access your account.
