Live Chat - Record?

Hello,

I know that Fido records all the calls whenever you call in but how about live chat?

Does Fido record all the chat logs as well?

Why does Fido live chat not allow you to print off or send to email my conversation? Most live chat systems allow that. Tiring taking screen shots to preserve the conversation

Sorry did not see where you answered about printing off chatline conversation? Where would I find that?

@iamxiana07 & @LVP For the time being, we don't have the option to save your chat log, but you can always copy/paste the conversation to a document and save it for your personal records.

If there's anything that you need to go over in your account, let me know and I'll send you a PM.

How can I save the chat transcript? I just change my plan minutes ago and I want to be able to see the conversation again just in case I forgot about something.

Hey marians1068!

You can access the Live Chat when logged in to My Account.

It's under the My Fido Service section. You just need to scroll down and you should see a grey box that says "Have a Questions?". Inside that box will be a yellow button marked Chat Now. Click on that and you'll be connected to our Live Chat.
