I am trying to link my new Fido account to my Fido.ca online account and it's giving me the error message "Sorry, the information you’ve entered is not in our records."
I've been trying for some time now but it keeps repeating the message.

Make sure you enter the same information you have on your account, email address must match!
Can you clear your cache, and try again one more time.
