Linking Fido account to online profile

I am trying to link my new Fido account to my Fido.ca online account and it's giving me the error message "Sorry, the information you’ve entered is not in our records."

I've been trying for the past few days now but it keeps repeating the message.

Hi Mominaak, Sorry that Fido.ca is giving you difficulty. If you are a new customer to Fido the login information is the email address you provided and a temporary password that would have been sent to your email (make sure to check the SPAM folder :-P) It seems like you have tried this already but don't worry! You can give a call to 611 (from your Fido) or 1-888-481-3436 from a landline and ask the representative to reset your password and to give you the username :-) Hope this helps!
