250g of cream cheese
418g of salsa
227g of sour cream
Warm up the cream cheese and spread the mixture evenly in the bottom of a glass baking dish.
Next layer on salsa (mild, medium, or hot). Add extra spices if necessary.
Add on a layer of sour cream.
Finally, top it off with some shredded cheese (I prefer marble).
Serve with a bowl/bag of tortilla chips.
