I have again been billed a late payment charge after reporting it in November. Can you please have this corrected going forward?

A late fee of 2% is charged on the outstanding balance when the payment is not received by the due date. Keep in mind there's a 3-5 business days' delay when you make a payment through your bank account.

How is that possible if my account is authorized via my credit card (same setup as my mobile accounts). Fido previously credited me the amount for the incorrect bill charges applied previously. Looks like Fido still hasn't fixed it yet.
