Why Fido charge late payment charges if I paid on time?

Keep in mind that there might be a delay on your payment, depending on how you decided to do it.

Let's say you do your payment by credit car, then it's applied right away on your balance.

If you decide to do it by your bank (online banking), then it takes 5 days for us to receive the payment.
