This tablet is being offered by both Fido and Rogers, but it seems Rogers is selling it for $50 less ($190 versus $240). I called this afternoon to see if I could get a price match, and was told that's not possible. I was also told I'd have to pay a $25 admin fee to buy the tablet outright. All said, using my $67 Fidodollars towards this tablet would actually cost me more than if I bought it from Rogers ($231 opposed to $215). That seems a little unreasonable to me.
I've read online that some people have been able to get the price matched by Fido and most people see to get the admin fee waived. I'm not sure why different clients get different pricing for the same products, but I find that frustrating and unfair.
