LG G5 H860 Dual Sim Cannot connect to LTE

I just got a dual sim version of G5 and I cannot register onto the fido LTE network. At best I get HSPA+. I am pretty sure frquency band is supported. This phone can get onto Bell LTE just fine however. Please help!
