Hi I bought a LG G3 from fido store kitchener...since last 2 weeks it was having a problem of getting switched off all of a sudden and today it got worse tht it starts only if its on charging...what can be done

@Pp12 Here are some options:

• Make sure the phone is on the latest version of Android.
• Do a factory reset. 
• If the problem is still there take it back to any Fido store so they can send it off for repairs.
