Just got my PRIV!!!

Howdy,

Just got my PRIV in the mail from Fido...  Worked out great as I had $300 Fido Dollars kicking around doing nothing.

Quick question, I travel to the states and europe many times per year for work.  I have a few different SIM cards to pop in and out.  Is this phone locked to Fido?  If so, how much does Fido charge for unlocking?

If you bought your phone through us, it'll be locked to the Fido network, but, any Fido phone can be unlocked.

Did you get your phone on contract or did you purchase it full price?

If you got it full price, it can be unlocked right away, whereas, if you got your phone on a contract, you can unlock your phone after 90 days, both the a fee of $50.
