July 14 2016 Bug

My Prepaid phone on fido.ca no longer looks like preaid:

Balance zero

Expiry date none

Instead of refill options it shows invoice options

No add-ons

Thank you for taking the time and sharing this information and all of the details. 

It's definitely odd and should not appear this way once you're logged into My Account. I'll send you a PM so we can take a closer look at this together.

Customer Service assured me that I do not have Unlimited Outgoing texts so keeing the add-on.
