Hello, my name is Sam and I have a shared plan with Binh. Ive paid for my last months bill instore but when I went on my fido account to pay this months bill, the last months bill appeared. Ive tried calling but couldnt get through to someone.

If you dial *28 from your Fido phone to check the balance, does the balance given to you include last month's bill as well?

It could have been that you missed last months due date that's why it is showing on this months bill.
