Its march time to fix the services

Im really frustrated not being able to log into my account when and how i want without getting the run around from 100 different reps...its march time to fix this or im going to have to find another reliable company that doesnt secretly add stuff to my bill every month

We definitely wouldn't want you to feel frustrated! We did have some work done on our website recently, but most log in issues have been resolved for the largest part. I am going to send you a PM so we can check it out together.
