It's been a few months since I haven't paid my phone bill!!

Hi. It's been a few months since I haven't paid my phone bill. Every time I checked the bill on online; it always said " 0 " nothing to pay. I used to pay through online for the past few years, and there were no problems. Can you please check what's going on? I am leaving Canada this Sunday and going to cancel it, so I am worried if there will be any problem with it. Thanks

Are you still receiving monthly bills, and if so, is it possible that you're registered to preauthorized payments?
