Is this how FIdo treats its customers? Pretending can't hear me...

The rep was pretending can't hear me for 6 mins while I was saying things like "hello, anybody there, etc." I wasn't on mute and can clearly hear fido reps were talking on the phone and someone was making noises like typing on the keyborad, but the rep didn't say a word to me for 6 mins.

 

Then, he told me he was trying to reach me and speaking to me, and he didn't hear anything at all during this 6 mins from me? Run the tape and see who is lying.
