Is this a spam?

I got a text message from +1 (438) 989-0048 which writes that I got a refund of $64.59 and please deposit funds with a link. Is this a spam?

It is a spam!

I tried to deposit it to my rbc account, but I found the rbc page has a different address, which ends with fido-help.tk.

If you also entered your password, change your password at once!
