Is it possible to use fido dollar to buy a 2yr contract of Iphone SE 64gb with fido plus 15 plan

i am a fido customer using fido plus15 plan with fido dollar balance as $109. Is it possible to use my fido dollars to signup for  a 2yr contract and get a Iphone SE 64gb($50) with fido plus 15 plan?

So that i pay nothing but my fido dollars of worth($50) to get the phone and stay in my same plan.
