I recently purchased a fido phone online, and set up account etc. Well it said once I received my phone I would have full access to the website account information, but it has been a few weeks now and nothing. Still the same error message when I click my account after logging in. I have talked to customer service three times on the phone about it, they say 24-48 hours each time .. >.> Would like to know if this is ever going to work? Thanks.
