If you're a longtime Fido customer, you might need to log in to My Account with a Group ID instead of your phone number. After several conversations with Fido CSRs, without any solution, I solved the problem myself. I was able to login with my number, but I could only view limited options; "upgrading" and "viewing my bill" were not available. I called 611 and asked them to reset my Group ID password. Everything was available when I logged back in. 32gb iPhone reserved! Hopefully this helps someone else.
Have any of you guys recently have an "in progress" status on your iphone 5 reservation. My position in line went from 890 to 661. Does anyone know If I have a chance of getting it on launch date? I know people with rogers under position 1000 got an "in progress" status already.
