most of the pages that I've read said setup is easy... plug it in and wait for all of the lights to turn on, then presto...
so... what happens if not all of the lights turn on?
Hey @zulu6595 ,
Welcome to the Community!
If the lights don't turn on, you'll have to reset the modem . Are you currently having issues with this?
yes, it's still an issue. It's the same as:

Hey, @zulu6595. I understand the disappointment when setup doesn't work as per expectation. The setup will work instantaneously if the Cable port has appropriate RF signal. From the top down if the 2nd and 3rd lights are flashing then it's the signal issue. If the 4th light is flashing then it's provisioning issue. In order for the Internet to work you need to have from the top down 1 Green, 2 Blue and 1 Green light solid/stable on the modem.
