Hi, I recently made a call to Mexico but the thing I want to know is that if I'll be charged for it and how do I know if I have the 1000 minutes

  Welcome to the community!


  If you have the 1000 International minutes (selected countries, see here), it should be listed in your Plan details in your My Account under Services --> Mobile --> My Plan. If you are unable to access your My Account, you can contact Fido customer service or send a moderator a PM. They'll be able to provide your plan details.


  If you don't have the included international minutes, a call to Mexico would be charged as follows:
