I got a text message from number 403 439 0277 said that I received a transfer $106,43 from Fido. Is it scam?

Welcome to the community!
Yes, that text message is most definitely a scam. If Fido needs to refund/transfer money to its customers, they will do so by mailing a cheque to the address they have on file for the customer. They would not do so via e-transfer.
You can forward the message to 7726 (SPAM) so they may audit the message and add it to the SPAM filter (see here).
