Incoming calls and voicemails not coming throught? (HTC one S)

Hi,

I have an HTC one S since novembre 2012, and lately i have noticed some weirds things. I have a few people that claimed to have called me and left me a voicemail, yet while my phone was on the whole time, I don't see that call in my calls history, and i dont see any voicemail either on the Fido voicemail android app or throught calling my own number and accessing my voicemail that way.

I have also noticed that sometimes, the incoming call simply wont show up at all. It happened to me when i was actively using the phone whole time (and thus i had good reception the whole time) yet the phone never rang (i didnt even have to option to pick up or dismiss the call) and the only trace of that call was the voicemail that was left by the caller....

...

I don't know if any Fido users had this kind of problem, if its an phone side problem or a Fido side problem...

It's hard to tell really. The issue may be with your network profile on our end, with your phone (software), perhaps with the reception (on our end or of the phone).

I suggest you contact our technical support for some tests. You can also insert your SIM into another phone to see if the issue persists, that would eliminate some possibilities,
