For the past 3 or 4 hours, every incoming SMS sent to me is being delayed by almost 2 hours. Doesn't matter if it's a text from another phone in our plan, or one from a different network, or automated ones from various services.
Messages I send arrive within seconds, it's just incoming messages.
This has happened a few times lately. After a while things get back to normal. No problems with phone calls or anything else, just incoming texts.
I have a Galaxy S7 Edge. Tried restarting, power cycling, etc.
