On Nov 30, I received a text msg from a rep offering me a $40 with 5gb plan and a free phone for switching back to fido. I accepted. Then after I received the phone and sim card, I figured that my plan is actually $50 with 4gb. So I call his number, no one answered. I contacted the fido customer service, they told me that only the department that called can fix this mistake. However, I keep calling the rep's number and sending email to him, still no reply. Can someone help me? Thank you.
