IMS not registered

My husband and I have the same phone and the same plan...his phone shows he is registered for the IMS and my phone shows I am not registered, he can use the wifi calling and it tells me that my phone is not eligible....why would are phones show different yet same phones purchased same time.

Can you also confirm that you've followed the steps found here to enable your Wi-Fi calling?

Welcome to the community!

 

Did you get your phone from Fido? If you did not that could be why the WiFi calling is not working for your phone. Only phones that was purchased directly from Fido will work with the WiFi calling.

No our phones were not purchased at Fido but both are phones were purchased together, so a little confused on why my husband's would work and not mine.
