I have been trying to change my phone plan for 2 days and its getting really annoying to have to have 150 calls rejected to your customer service line. I want the $60 a month 10gb pulse plan and it is not showing on the options to switch online. I want to change my plan and am experiencing the worst customer service trying to do so. Even drove in the snow to the Fido store in the mall and they told me I have to spend my day trying to get through on the phone. I don't know how you haven't found a solution to this customer service line being down since most people with phones can't try all day to get a hold of you since you know we need jobs to pay your bill. I want my plan changed, and I want the $25 fee waived since you haven't provided an online option to switch to this plan.
I got PM already, but it does not mean my plan is changed. I want it to be changed right away.. The online form that was requested to be filled out is done. Still waiting..
