I left Canada in April. For maintain the account. I started a plan which only 7 dollars a month. This plan have no data and phone-call times but can reserve my phone number. After I called to Fido at April. Although the Fido told me the 7 dollars plan will start in May. It not worked at all. I checked my account recently, and I find my account still working normally and pay normally money. It is a big mistake by Fido works, I need help. I have to back to Canada in two month. I have no way to call Fido now. If Fido worker see my Topic, please help me, thank.
