I tried to call in multiple times but couldn't even get in the queue and got hung up by the automated reponse. Then I waited for 2+ hours on livechat and hung up. Not sure if LiveChat is even open now?
Thanks for your response. I have changed to plan for 4G $40 yesterday, which includes voice mail. However, I couldn't check it today, my number is invalid to voice mail centre. What should I do then? Calling fido service is kind of mission impossible before the end of promotion.
