I went to fidohub.ca to download Spotify, but it tells me "Upgrade Your Plan" But I am already on a Pulse plan.
Any help would be appreciated.

Did you already have the Premium version in the past? Also, where exactly do you get the message "Upgrade Your Plan", at which step of the activation?

And yes I did have spotify premium in the past and for some reason it disappeared. So I went to back to the fido website to activate it again (since I already have a pulse plan) but everytime I check my elegibility it tells me to purchase a pulse plan. Also I have noticed that spotify is not in my services. However, I do have viceland and data bytes for my plan which I recall is only for customers with pulse plans.

Did you have Spotify Premium through Fido in the past?
Back in 2015, we offered the option free for 24 months
Today, it's only offered for up to 6 months from when you activate your plan.
If you signed up to a Fido Pulse plan after February 1, 2017, you just missed being eligible for this offer. Thanks for letting me know.
