I’ve got hacked my phone 2 months ago.
I used to have a 4G for $40 plan.
The hacker was upgrading it without my permission. My plan been changed automatically to 4G for $ 115.
I was complaining several times also I asked you guys to fix it ASAP. But Nothing is change until today.
The fraud department never call me and didn’t explain what’s going on.
Last customer service staff told me I need to wait other 3 weeks more to change plan. Also Feb 1st everything will be fixed but When I logged in my online account, nothing happened.
I’ve been waiting for 3months because every single time you guys just responded “ WAIT”.
I want to know what’s going on my account also get change my plan ASAP.
