Hi everyone!
Just to give you a little idea of how plan changes are done vs. a cancelation, the requests are placed through a different system. This would explain why some confirmation e-mails come faster than others. Don't worry though, if we told you that your plan was changed, the request was placed and you'll receive a confirmation within 24-48 hours of when the request was treated.

Same here! I changed my plan yesterday via live chat, have not received confirmation email yet! But I received the one confirming the canclation of the home phone immediately!
