I cant upgrade online

Ive bbeen trying to upgrade my device online and it keeps giving me this message when I try to contiue with the payment:

We're sorry, this information is currently not available online. If you need help with your account, please call 1-888-481-FIDO (3436)
 Ive tried different browsers, I do not have a fido phone and ive been trying to get the iphone X. Dont know why it wont let me through...I dont have a with standing balance.

Were you able to upgrade your device in the end? Do you still need help?

 

If you are still getting an error when trying to upgrade through Fido.ca, I would suggest to give clearing your cache and cookies a try before making a new attempt.
