I cannot get in contact with a Fido Representative through Live Chat or Phone.

I've been trying to contact a Fido representative for the past 4-5 hours and have had no respones at all. I am trying to get the $40/4GB plan which ends tomorrow on the 21st.

We've been pretty popular so it's taking some time to respond to everyone but we're doing the best that we can! We're you able to get through?

 

Also keep in mind that you can change your plan yourself by logging in to your account on fido.ca. You can choose any of the plans we currently have available.

I'm having the same issue...  Why is this plan ending so early?  I may have to go elsewhere that will give it to me, since both my lines are not under contract.

No I still cannot get through and the promotion ends tomorrow. I've been waiting for over 6 hours and have not been able to connect with any representatives. This promotion is also not available to be changed online.
