I can't update my credit card information on the website.

My credit card expired. I have a new one. I would like to update the information so my bill is paid when the 16th rolls around. I have tried several times to add the new one using the fido.ca website and it keeps telling me:

 

"Only one card can be registered per account.So we'll save the credit card you've registered for future refills."

 

This is incredibly frusturating. I do not have the ability to call fido. My plan is only text.

Please help!

It sounds like you are trying to update the credit card information used to pay your prepaid airtime. Can you tell us if you are subscribed to auto refills? 

 

Auto Refill lets our customers use a credit card registered to their account for automatic monthly service fee payments and/or automatic refills each time their balance is low or near expiry (Low Balance option).

 

The message you are getting seems to indicate that your credit card will be updated to the account for your next refill. I hope this helps clear things up a little.
