So I was able to speak with a customer service representative last night regarding the 10gb for $60/month plan and she mentions that i needed to pay off my phone to complete the shift in my plan however the i still can't settle the amount online. please help
Also she mentioned that I am already enrolled in the plan so long as I settle the amount missing for the phone. I can't reach anyone to confirm this nor does it say anywhere in my account where to pay off the phone. please help
