I just switched over to Fido today. When I have my mobile data on in Settings, I cannot connect to the internet or receive emails. When I have Wifi on I can connect to the Internet and receive and send emails. |Why can't I connect to the Internet when I have my mobile data turned on? What can I do about this? Thank you.

Are you using an unlocked phone? If so, did you make sure to configure your APN settings? You can check them out here.
