I can only access H+ and not LTE

when i Factory Reset，APN is set to LTEmobile. now it's permanently on H+.(before Factory Reset i can use LTE)

Network Mode is LTE/WCDMA/GSM,

Any ideas on what is wrong?

Hey @jeremy0819!

Are you using an unlocked phone?

If so, in order for LTE to work you do have to set up the correct APN settings again since you did a factory reset.
