I asked to cancel both acconts because of my faulty mobile but got confirmation for only one.

I have never used my mobile since July 2016 as it never worked properly from day one. I tried to get it fixed twice but no avail. I am tired of getting this device to work and would like to leave FIDO so can get working device from other providers.

Why no one at Fido is sending me account cancelling confirmation even though I am paying for this non functioning mobile phone.
