Hi. Both my husband and I have been trying to reach customer support yesterday and today so we can switch over to the $40/4gb plan. When I call through to 611, there's not just no answer, there's actually no sound at all happening on the other end of the phone! No pick up, no person, nada. I know you guys must be swamped, but especially as you haven't made the plan even visible to switch to in My Fido backend, will you please extend the offer after today for both my husband and I? Customers for many years... thanks
