Hummus recipe

1 can 398mL chick peas, rinsed
2 Tbsp tahini (sesame seed puree)
1 lemon, juiced and zested
½ tsp salt
2 clove mashed garlic (optional)
2-3 healthy dashes of cayenne pepper
2 Tbsp olive oil
Paprika

 

Drain chickpea juice into container
Blend everything and add chickpea juice until it reaches consistency you like

 

Touch of paprika on top
