Have you checked out the details of your bill? You can do so by logging into your account on Fido.ca, select Billing & Payments, select the bill that you want to see, and click on Save this bill (PDF).

I did, but always is answer : no record.......I still need a help. Please specifice by numbers ( I have 3 tel numbers ) cost of each. By the way I am for the moment out of Canada. Thanks in advance
@dradar if you have 3 numbers just look at the bill summary and you shouold see which one have the highest or odd charges and then check the details for that number to see what made the bill so high.
If you are out of Canada and using your phone that could be the reason whay your bill is so high.
