Huge Disappointment in Fido

Can someone answer me what this DEVICE SAVINGS RECOVERY FEE is and why is it sitting on my bill? I was with fido but because of high monthly charge I switched to koodo and fido team called up with a better offer so I accepted. BUT the rep did not mention at all about this hidden fee! What adds to my fury is that I've been trying to contact fido but everyone kept pushing me back to the team which never answered any of my calls, nor returned any of my calls. So are you just gonna wait until the due date for me to pay this 400 dollars? Is this the way you get back ur customers by charging them crazy hidden fees?

This would normally be the label used for the balance on an old phone if you upgrade early or cancel your line.
