There are many ways to refill your account using a voucher, such as:

From your Fido phone:

- Call *868 free of charge and follow refill instructions.

- Call 611, free of charge from your Fido phone and follow the instructions.

- Text (not compatible with Windows’ phones) from your device's main screen, dial *114* <14-digits voucher secret number> # and press "call" key. See System Messages.

Using Mobile Internet:

- Use My Account on the Mobile.

From fido.ca

- Go to the prepaid section. Use the Quick Refill.

From any other phone

- Call 1-888-482-3436 (airtime and long-distance rates may apply)
