If you still get ads, it's because you're using the free version of Spotify. 

In order to activate your free subscription to Spotify Premium, you need: 

- to be a first time user of Spotify Premium

- have a Pulse plan that includes the free subscription to Spotify Premium

I tried making a new account on Spotify. Still didn't work. I used my mobile data to go on fido hub this time but it won't send me the code anymore. It's telling me to upgrade my plan or buy Spotify premium

@kaebfly it could be that your plan does not qualify for Spotify.

I have fido pulse plan. I tried doing it before and got the code but I was connected to the wifi that's why it didn't work.
