Hello, I need to stop Fido's mobile service. I've made a call and a manager told that the service will be stopped and my sim card will be blocked. Nevertheless my account is still active and I still accept Fido's bills. So, I would like you to stop the service and to block the sim-card. Hope, some here will explain me how to find a right solution!

Whenever you cancel your Fido account, you should receive an email confirmation, with the day on which the services will be cancelled.
The next bill notification sent by email would say "Final Bill".
If your line is still active, it sounds like the cancellation didn't go through. I'll send you a PM so we can look into this together & make sure your request is completed
thank you for your answer, so I can confirm that I had no confirmation message regarding an account cancellation and I had no final bill as well.
