Hello,
I have one line A for me, and one second line B for my friend, and A and B are under my account.
How can I separate B from my account, and set up another account only including B for my friend? He can pay for his invoice by himself.
Thanks.

You can do what is called a Transfer of Responsibilty (TOR). You both go to a Fido store and call in to customer service. They will open an account for your friend and transfer the line over to him, as long as he passes the credit check. He will assume any outstanding contract on that line as well.

Will the 10% discount for the secound account disappear in this case?

Hello Sinohe,
Welcome to the community!
I would say you would lose the discount because there is no longer a second line on the account. Your second line is now the primary line of recipient of the TOR.
Hope this helps
